FSA Announces Price Hikes, Cites Rising Crude Prices
SEPTEMBER 06, 2005 — SEATTLE, WA (BRAIN)—Components manufacturer Full Speed Ahead announced an increase in prices of FSA and Vision Tech components. The price hike took effect Sept. 1.
“Rapid escalation in the price of crude oil and its derivatives, especially carbon fiber, as well as the continued rise in energy, packaging and freight costs, makes this price adjustment unavoidable,” the company said in a statement.
Consumers and dealers may not see immediate increases in prices of products already in stock at the dealer and distributor level.
