LiveStrong Challenge update I

I’m sore, my butt hurts, my knee hurts, and my neck hurts but I survived the Century. I’ve been using my commutes as training rides to prepare for this 100 miler, but since I didn’t know the route, I didn’t know what to expect. I was also riding on my own, I usually ride with at least a couple of buddies that pull me along.

I was glad to see RL and his daughter cheer me on at the start of the ride.

What really made forget about the pain is seeing my wife and my two lovely daughters meet me at the end of the ride.
I will post more details and pictures of the ride later on.
