Moe gets fixed

I recently got a Raleigh One Way to test for Commute By Bike. This bike comes with a flip-flop rear wheel, meaning, I can ride it ‘fixie’ or singlespeed freewheel style. I decided to leave it as a fixed gear bike, I also kept both brakes. Most ‘rookie’ fixed gear riders leave just the front brake, the bike came with both installed, so I left it as is.

This bike is a sweet commuter, it came equipped with fenders and tires with reflective sidewalls. I’ve ridden the bike once on my commute to work. It was a little nerve wrecking, but I got used to the fixed gear after awhile. I’ve ridden singlespeed bikes before, so the fact that this bike was a singlespeed didn’t bother me.

I will be reviewing this bike for Commute By Bike. I will post the review later on
