The Bike Geek

The Tour of California arrived to the City of Long Beach this sunday. I parked my truck in Cerritos and headed to Long Beach to watch the ‘Big Boys’ race.

I rode the F-20-r for convenience purposes, this bike is so much easier to maneuver thru the crowds than a full size bike. I met up with Henry Hsieh, he rode his F-20r T to watch the race. As usual, we got a lot of looks and one bystander was very interested in buying an affordable folder so we let him test ride one of the bikes.

My trip was 24 miles, the old adage of ‘half the fun is getting there’ really applied here. I had a blast riding to and from Long Beach and it was great seeing the pros race.
