You may have noticed that BikeCommuters.com and MtnBikeRiders.com intermittently goes down. We’ll we’re working on it!
The sites should be up soon enough!
RL and I represented www.bikecommuters.com at the First Pasadena Bike commuter expo. We were really happy and satisfied that we took part of this event. I’ve never met so many people that were so passionate about bike commuting. The Expo featured a mixed bag of Bikes, fixed gear bikes being the most popular kind.
KHS […]
RL and I are going to be exhibitors at the Urban Commuter Expo in Pasadena Ca. tomorrow.
We’re there to represent our other site, BikeCommuters.com
Stop by and get some free stuff provided to us by KHS Bicycles, Sweetskinz, The Crystal Body Deodorant, and Bumble Bar.
We’ll be raffling off a few sets of tires from Sweetskinz!
With gas prices so high, I thought that Bike to Work week would stimulate people to ride their bikes to work. Mmmm, no such luck. Americans are still in love with their cars and most of them have accepted the high cost of gasoline. Check out our posts of bike to work week at www.bikecommuters.com, […]

Being a bike commuter, I make it a point to ride […]

The following cities have been selected for the giveaway:
San Diego
Minneapolis
Madison
Philadelphia
Boston
Fayetteville
What’s the catch???
Anyone interested in receiving a free bike simply needs to tell Bicycling, in 50 words or less, how having a […]
So I created this little calculator from one of RL’s brainstorms. The premise of the calculator is to find out what the theoretical MPG of a gas/pedal hybrid car would be. Since both RL and I do a car/bike commute combination, I was curious to see how riding a bike to work can ‘improve’ my […]
I have posted my first impression of the KHS XC204 on www.mtnbikeriders.com and the review of the DiamondBack Transporter at www.bikecommuters.com. I’ve been really busy with those sites as well as trying to translate some of the reviews in Spanish for www.ciclistafanatico.com. I’m currently working on a book review as well. Keep coming back though, […]
Sunday I rode the recreational version of the City of Angels ride. I’m used to riding the ‘advanced ride’ but knee problems kept me from doing it this year. By the way, my knee ailment is a common cycling repetitive injury called ‘Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome‘. With the help of Physical Therapy, icing and limiting my […]
